ORR’s record keeping procedures are compliant with the Data Protection Act. The information given in this online application will be processed by ORR for the purpose of recruitment and selection and will be entered into a database.

The information provided will be held by HR and will only be made available to the selection panel members. You should note that the equal opportunity monitoring and character information is not made available to the selection panel.

Your data form will be retained on our recruitment database for at least 12 months after the end of the scheme. This is to comply with the Civil Service Commissioners rules on fair and open competition and selection on merit, that make us accountable for our recruitment procedures and decisions, which are audited from time to time.
