ORR Rules of Procedure

  1. Paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 requires the Office to determine arrangements for the conduct of its proceedings. ORR's arrangements are set out in its Rules of Procedure, a copy of which can be viewed via the related link.
  2. The Rules of Procedure were last reviewed and amended by the Board on 18 March 2008.
