Publications
The ORR produces a large number of publications each year covering a wide range of subject matter. Many of these are consultation documents on a series of regulatory issues and decisions while others, for example, are issued in the form of reports, findings, notices or information papers.
To see the classes of information which ORR makes public and for relevant contact details, please view ORR's Publication Scheme which has been approved by the Information Commissioner.
The latest five documents published are shown below. Most of our documents are now only published on the Internet in PDF format. Previous documents, listed by year of publication can be accessed by the relevant related link.
Copies of licences, track access agreements, depot access agreements, freight facility agreements, facility exemptions, station access agreements, station agreements by operator, and approvals can be found in the public register section.
Responses to recent consultations can be accessed under the Consultation section. However, publications and, where relevant, the responses to them, can also be found under their relevant subject area.
