Depots Code

In November 2004, we published proposals to reform the arrangements for access to light maintenance depots. Following the consultation we published draft conclusions in July 2005.

In 2008 we consulted again with the industry about the future development and implementation of the Depots Code.

Following consideration of the consultation responses, we concluded that:

• ORR will not initiate any further work on the development and implementation of the Depots Code; and
• The industry should be responsible for deciding whether and how to develop and implement the Depots Code.
