The Stations Code (not yet adopted)
To improve the contractual framework for station access we have, working with the industry, developed the Stations Code. These are the final versions of the Code documents. The Code has been in development for several years. We are currently working with the industry parties to decide the way forward regarding the Stations Code. The following documents have been produced under the Stations Code:
- Final version of the Stations Code - Deltaview comparison
- Final version of the Framework Agreement - Deltaview comparison
- Station Particulars – Necessary pre-accession changes ATOC are working with Station Facility Owners to make these necessary changes.
- Station Particulars – Model Clause – Deltaview comparison.
