Consolidated agreements

A consolidated agreement is a document incorporating all approved amendments to the existing approved agreement. The Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) does not approve this document, as it is used for reference purposes only.

"Under section 71(2) of the Railways Act 1993, ORR may withold from publication information which relates to the affairs of a private individual or a corporate or unincorporate body if he is satisfied that publication would or might seriously and prejudicially affect the interests of that person or body. For this reason, you may find certain information excluded from these versions".
