Consolidated agreements

A consolidated agreement is a document incorporating all approved amendments to the existing approved agreement.  We do not approve these. They are provided by Network Rail for reference purposes only.

Redactions

You may find that certain information is excluded from these consolidated versions. This is because, under section 71(2) of the Railways Act 1993, we may withold from publication information which relates to the affairs of a private individual or a corporate or unincorporate body if we are satisfied that publication would or might seriously and prejudicially affect the interests of that person or body.
