This would be a change to our published policy, so we are seeking your views before reaching a decision. Consultation closes on 2 October 2009. -

14 May 2009In carrying out the evaluation, we will take account of ORR’s stated objectives for the periodic review (see appendix A). We will also give regard to established principles of good regulation and ORR’s statutory duties (see appendix B). Consultation ends 17 June 2009.
