Part J amendments

Part J of the network code provides for certain amendments to be made to train operators' access rights. These changes relate to transfer of access rights between operators, voluntary or compulsory surrender of access rights and changes to cordon caps. ORR has no approval role in many of these processes, but any consents issued by ORR in respect of amendments made under Part J are listed below.
