Investor in People

  The Investor in People (IiP) standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
 
The Office of Rail Regulation first achieved Investor in People accreditation in March 2001. We were successfully re-accredited in October 2004 and February 2007.
