Land disposal consultations

Details of the consultation and decision-making process are set out in the document Land Disposal by Network Rail: ORR's review of the Regulatory Arrangements, 31 March 2008.

ORR has adopted procedures for consultation and decision making with a view to making the process efficient, effective and transparent. ORR consults Passengerfocus (or London TravelWatch) on every land disposal referral by Network Rail. It is expected that they will represent the comments or views of individuals using the railways when responding to land disposal consultations.
