How do I make a complaint about overcrowding?
Complaints and suggestions about overcrowding on trains should, in the first instance, be directed to the relevant train operating company (TOC).What if I am not satisfied?
If you feel that their response is unsatisfactory, you may wish to contact one of the following organisations:
- London Travelwatch (for transport in the London area)
- Passenger Focus (for transport outside the London area)
Passenger Focus
Passenger Focus are an independent public body set up by the Government to protect the interests of users of the services and facilities provided on Britain's rail network, apart from London. They pursue passenger complaints on issues, such as overcrowding, fares and punctuality.
