Rail health and safety complaints
The Office of Rail Regulation's HM Railway Inspectorate (HMRI) investigates issues of unsafe practices that are brought to its attention by members of the public, employees and other interested parties. The complainant's confidentiality will be protected if this is specifically requested.
Complaints regarding health and safety may also be sent in writing by email or post to ORR's Customer Correspondence Team who will forward the details to the appropriate HMRI General Manager team.
