Public register index

By law, we are required to maintain and provide public access to certain classes of information relating to the regulation of the railways. This is called the public register. Please refer to our publication scheme for details of what we make public.

Our library stores hard copies of all documents placed on the public register. Please contact the library if you require access or want to purchase a copy.

Not all documents on the public register are available on this website, but this index contains a reference to everything held on the public register.

The public register is available for inspection between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 at ORR's London office.

Copies of documents can be purchased from ORR's Library. There is an administrative charge of £2.00 per order plus the price of the document(s) as shown in the index.

Please note that orders cannot be processed until we have received your payment and please allow a minimum of three working days for your order to be fulfilled.
