Applications and decisions - Depots

When considering applications for approval, ORR may generally consult certain statutory bodies and other potentially affected parties as appropriate, to ensure that their views on the implications of the proposed contract or contract amendment are sought and taken into account.

All approved agreements and subsequently approved amendments are held on the ORR's public register. Where, in significant cases, the Office has published decisions for approvals, these decisions and the background papers from the relevant consultation exercise will also be shown here.
