Applications and decisions - Stations
When considering applications for approval, the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) generally consults certain statutory bodies and other potentially affected parties as appropriate to ensure that their views on the implications of the proposed contract or contract amendment are sought and taken into account.
All approved agreements and subsequently approved amendments are held on the ORR's public register. Where, in significant cases, the ORR has published decisions for approvals given, these decisions and the background papers from the relevant consultation exercise will also be available here.
