Track access options

If you want to apply for a track access option, please read our access options final conclusions document ( PDF 379 Kb), and track access option policy ( PDF 423 Kb).

Applicants should use either the passenger or freight model contract and application form as appropriate. We have published drafting for track access option model clauses ( PDF 56 Kb).

We recommend that any party intending to make an application for a track access option contact us at an early stage to discuss its plans and aspirations, and the likely timing of the application.
