Before you contact us about National Rail Trends, please use the Bookmarks in the PDF files to see if you can find the specific sections you are looking for.

We obtain the data used in the NRT from internal reporting systems and a number of other industry organisations.

When you make a request for information to the team

• please be specific about the material you need
• if the information is within a range of dates or a specific timescale please include this in your request.

We will aim to respond to your request within 20 working days of ORR being clear of your requirements.
