ORR Chairman welcomes Richard Goldson to the ORR Board as Non-Executive Director

Chris Bolt, Chairman of the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR), has warmly welcomed the announcement that Richard Goldson (OBE) is to join the ORR Board as Non-Executive Director.
Chris Bolt said:
“I look forward to working with Richard. I know he will bring with him a wealth of railway knowledge which will add to the breadth of experience already reflected in the Board.
“He is well placed to take over from Chris Stokes, who we thank for his contribution over the past two years.”
