ORR Chairman welcomes Michael Beswick to the ORR Board

Chris Bolt, Chairman of the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR), warmly welcomed the announcement that Michael Beswick, ORR Executive Director responsible for rail policy, is to join the ORR Board.
Chris Bolt said:
“I am delighted that Michael Beswick is joining the ORR Board. Michael is an excellent choice. As a career railwayman and a founder-member of ORR since 1994, he brings to the Board extensive rail experience that will complement the expertise of current Board members.”
