Licence exemptions granted 1996-1998

Abbreviations

LMD - Light maintenance depot.
Heritage - Includes the operation of all railway assets, i.e.: Passenger Train, Non-passenger train, LMD, Station, Network.
Terminal - network is usually secure (gated/controlled access/fenced) from both the national network and adjoining property.
