Responses to Depots Code consultation
The Office of Rail Regulation published “The Depots Code – Consultation Document” in November 2004 and invited responses from a wide range of industry parties. The consultation period has now finished and the Office of Rail Regulation would like to thank all those who took the time to respond to the consultation.
ORR aims to publish provisional draft conclusions on the Depots Code in May 2005. The consultation responses are available below.
