How can I complain about the lack of notification that engineering works are taking place on my local line?
Notices detailing planned engineering works should be displayed at stations or advertised locally so passengers are aware of alterations to services.
To make a complaint, you should contact the operator responsible for the station in the first instance.
If you are unhappy with the reply you receive, you may wish to contact Passenger Focus or London TravelWatch, who will investigate the issue on your behalf.
