How should I complain about the lack of notification that engineering works were taking place on my local line?
Notices detailing planned engineering works should be displayed at stations or advertised locally so passengers are aware of alterations to services.
You should contact the operator responsible for the station first to make a complaint.
If you are unhappy with the reply you receive, you may wish to contact Passenger Focus or the Department for Transport (DfT) on the matter, who will investigate the issue on your behalf.
