The documents on our register fall into one of the following main categories:

- Depot access agreements
- Experimental passenger services
- Facility exemptions
- Freight facility access agreements
- General approvals & consents
- Health & safety
- Improvement & prohibition notices

You can search the database by entering data in a number of different search fields. A simple search guide and a list of the operating company codes used to create document reference numbers are available to help you. The guide (
2135 Kb) shows you how to carry out basic searches and explains how the reference numbers for the most commonly used documents on the database are created.
If you cannot find the documents that you need or have any other queries regarding access please contact the Information Centre.
