Archive: Network Management Statements

Railtrack was required each year (up to and including 2002) to produce a Network Management Statement (NMS) specifying how the company planned to meet its obligations under Condition 7 of the network licence.

From 2003 onwards, the company must instead produce an annual business plan.

The full 2001 and 2002 Network Management Statements are available on Railtrack's website.
