Changes to the Station Access Conditions and Independent Station Access Conditions

On 5 March 2012 we published a further consultation on our emerging conclusions on proposed changes to the Station Access Conditions (SACs) and Independent Station Access Conditions (ISACs). That consultation closed on 28 May 2012 and we are grateful to those who responded.

We are pleased to publish our final conclusions on changes to the SACs and ISACs. Attached to our final conclusions at Annex F is a notice that begins the formal process of modifying the SACs and ISACs. The revised Conditions become effective on 11 November 2013.
