Periodic review 2013: consultants' and reporters' studies

On this page we will publish reports produced by our consultants and reporters. Whilst these are inputs to the development of our decisions on PR13, they do not necessarily reflect the views of ORR. ORR’s proposed overall decisions on PR13 will be published on 12 June 2013 for consultation, with final decisions being issued on 31 October 2013.
