PR13 financial issues workshop - Wednesday 5 September 2012

On 1 August 2012, we published a consultation on PR13 financial issues.

The consultation covers topics including:

• Indexation and input prices
• In-year risk buffer
• Level of financial indebtedness
• Embedded debt
• Traction electricity, industry costs and rates
• Incentives to outperform determination
• Network grant

We held a workshop on Wednesday 5 September 2012. Please see the presentation slides ( 403 Kb).

The workshop consisted of a number of sessions to discuss the issues raised in our consultation. The overall purpose of the day was to recap on the key proposals we set out in the consultation and provide an opportunity for you to question us and have a wider discussion on the proposals and issues raised.

We hope that the workshop and the debate with industry colleagues will help you in preparing your written response to the consultation, which closes on 26 September 2012.
